With athletes putting in a mandatory 2-4 extra hours each week (not logged with compliance) , Phoebe has no regard for mental health or wellbeing. She has put crews in dangerous situations on the water and needs to reevaluate her coaching methods. Even long after my time at Brown, I look back on the treatment of my teammates in complete disbelief. Brown Women’s Crew is no longer the empowering force it once was and I am in shock that student athletes and Brown Administration are still letting this behavior go unnoticed. "
