It felt as if every offseason he would read a different coaching book which he'd use quotes from. Not all his fault the program sucks, but he doesn't help."

"(1/2): Rob is either delusional or is just lying through his teeth. I think he cares about the program and *most* players, but that simply isn't enough to overcome the weaknesses of the program. I agree that he does a good job of finding jobs for his players. Other than that I disagree with most of the posts on here. The program truly is a mirage. "
