"Coach Webber is able to command the respect and full attention of his athletes. Two weaknesses that I noticed: 1) he does not always communicate on the water and during erg workouts when athletes make technique errors. 2) He overemphasizes long-distance workouts and crews end up falling short during the spring on power and and sprint racing skill."
