"Her leadership structure is bs. She selects captains who worship her and will enforce her policies. She does not select captains based on their athletic abilities or their abilities to effectively lead the team. Below the captains are what she refers to as a leadership council containing 4 members, who are underclassmen who she believes have leadership qualities. Again this is bs. She does not adapt to problems and tries to solve them by repeating the same methods."
