"This guy coached me almost 20 years ago! He does not recognize talent or have the ability to put players in situations to succeed. Terrible judgement on players. Does not take the time to develop players. He is not a motivational coach or a coach that brings the best out of his players. He has "favorites" in regards to players. This guy said I wasn't "Athletic" enough to play college football for his reason on not giving me more playing time when I played for him. I was 6'4...185 pounds catching one-handed TDs against our defensive starters though lol. I moved to Florida, which is arguably the best state in football that produces the best players, and walked on to D2 college team! I wasn't athletic enough to play for him, but I was athletic enough to make a D2 college roster as a walk-on in Florida! Make it make sense?! I ended up getting Professional opportunities getting invited to several CFL mini-camps, AFL camps, and played 3 years of Professional Arena Football. This guy is a complete joke!"

"Guy no call no showed me for a meeting. Was left sitting in his office for 40 minutes. Then went on to ignore the fact that he missed said meeting. (At the time I was a potential player/ needless to say I didn’t want to play for his team after this). Seems like this is the type of guy you’ll get with him- very concerned with self. Not much of a team guy. Lasted less than one season for SNC- I obviously wasn’t the only person to think poorly of him. "

Intense Poor Communication Accessible Passionate About Coaching Disorganized
"Coach seemed to have a poor understanding of the game hindering the team's ability to perform at their best. Coach unable to create effective strategies and make appropriate adjustments during games leading to a lack of success on the football field. Would run the same unsuccessful plays repeatedly and would not substitute underperforming players. Too much reliance on embarrassing novelty, trick plays. Coach appeared to have little interest in developing players. There were complaints from players about not receiving the support and coaching necessary to improve skills and abilities in preparation for the next season. The coach's poor communication skills engendered a lack of trust and respect from both players and parents. Players complained that they were not supported by the coach, creating a toxic environment detrimental to the team's cohesiveness. Players witnessed Coach screaming at his staff at halftime and after games. Coach rarely attended team/parent events and rarely spoke to parents after games. Seemed more interested in catching a plane and flying to Florida or California for recruiting junkets. The coach's recruiting over-representations caused frustration for players who felt duped about the football program and available team/school opportunities. Overall, too much ego. Not ready for HC position. "
