"Works hard. The passion is there. However I did feel there he kept a certain separation between himself and his players. Almost an invisible wall that prevented any of us from establishing a genuine relationship with the guy. "
"Says some really weird things but knows the game well. Not good with his words and pretty easy to excite but also easy to please. Overall an above average but not great coach. "

"Feel like he doesn't care about his players, almost seems like he hates his Job at times. Plays favorites and can be a douche to people he doesn't like. But with that said very knowlegible guy who wants to build a program and has been at successful ones in the past."
"Coach Grossman is great both on and off the field. He runs his practices with efficiency and gets his players a lot of reps. He cares about the guys on the team and is always there for them if they need help or a job recommendation letter. During practice he works with the goalies while the offensive and defensive coaches work with their units."
