Everything else that came with running a program was lacking. He was not organized and last minute planning was common. There would be times where he'd forget to order meals, plane tickets, warm ups for freshman, etc. "

His mental instability was taken out on targeted swimmers. He would constantly leave mid-practice to go home. He never did anything to improve team culture. Working with Kyle was the most painful experience of my career."

He has very serious anger and emotional issues that have not been addressed. Yelling at swimmers and mood swings during practice are common place. Administration knows and won’t do anything about it.
