"If you are playing great, you are a favorite. If you make a mistake, be prepared for him to not look or speak to you until you made up for your mistake. Yeah, went weeks until I had a “good game” or “hero” again. These games crushed me and lost my passion for the game. But, I learned to get tough, and became a stronger athlete for the next school I transferred to and learned to lead and help fellow teammates. Very knowledgeable and knows the game. "

"Rita Crockett will go down as one of the worst coaches, if not one of the worst human beings I’ve ever encountered. Check the FIU volleyball roster from 2013-2018, there are never more than 4 returners every year. Every season more and more student athletes choose to transfer than put up with her abuse. So emotionally abusive, I still refer her to be the reason why I came a coach, so no athlete would ever endure what she put me through"
"First year as a coach at Fordham. From knowing him so far he's a pretty cool dude who cares about the program and especially the players. He can relate to what we go through because he was a D1 athlete. He's honest, direct and funny. So, pretty excited on what he's going to bring to the program. "
"Doesn't know how to rally the team together. Multiple players on the team are transferring because of him. Blamed whole season on the players and not being tough instead of terrible play calling and leadership skills. Team as a whole does not want to play for him."
"Has the potential to be a very good head football coach, but for now should stick to an assistant gig. Knowledgeable at what he is doing, but sometimes feels the pressure of in game situations and makes poor calls. Needs to learn how to motivate and bring the team together, then will become a very successful head coach."
"He gets mentally flustered too easily which hinders the offense. He knows a lot of football but not good at managing a whole team. He needs to get his team to buy in and want to play for him. He also is young so he has room to grow."
