Check the FIU volleyball roster from 2013-2018, there are never more than 4 returners every year. Every season more and more student athletes choose to transfer than put up with her abuse. So emotionally abusive, I still refer her to be the reason why I came a coach, so no athlete would ever endure what she put me through"

"Doesn't know how to rally the team together. Multiple players on the team are transferring because of him. Blamed whole season on the players and not being tough instead of terrible play calling and leadership skills. Team as a whole does not want to play for him."

"He gets mentally flustered too easily which hinders the offense. He knows a lot of football but not good at managing a whole team. He needs to get his team to buy in and want to play for him. He also is young so he has room to grow."
