"Really not great. Views his athletes as potential "buddies," rather than as strictly his athletes, resulting in clear favoritism and at worst manipulation. Can run a practice, but is uninspiring, difficult to have hard conversations with, often fails to take accountability, often hypocritical... genuinely cannot relate to the typical student-athlete at Gettysburg college and fails to address team issues in a proactive manner. Sets unrealistic goals. Also promises D3 balance but is highly against students joining Greek life or studying abroad, which are two important and appealing factors of attending Gettysburg College."

His way about the team and his overall composure has led the players to disrespect him. I have heard on many occasions that players have quit the team due to his actions."
