No "garbage-yardage", instead she focuses on details... She wants to connect with her athletes on a personal level and makes time on the pool deck worthwhile. A big sports fan that gets very intense when watching any sport really, but primarily swimming. The only flaw is that she can be a bit disorganised and lacks communication skills at some times. Kerry is ambitious and sets aims to take LSUSD to the next level. It is a shame that those swimmers that were on the team when she first got the position at La Salle rejected her instantly. The main reason to why the new swimmers committed to La Salle was Kerry. Not only do the swimmers appreciate her but she supports athletes from other teams aswell. "
