"Disorganized coaching, serious issue of having favorites along with not keeping a professional relationship with players, why does a current player know who he’s cutting based on conversations they are having? We would not hear anything about practice when there was a weather concern until 2 hours beforehand. Refused to get an assistant coach and let his girlfriend coach from the sidelines. Would let players treat each other however in front of his face without any repercussions. If you want your program to receive a severe downfall, or plan to get rid of your program and need an excuse as to why, let him coach! Over half the team was debating quitting mid-season from how much he did not care about our development (except his favorites). Worst experience I’ve ever had coaching in my entire career. Would put 0 stars if I could"
"Consistent bullying, humiliation, and harassment. Witnessed several jovial and fun-loving teammates be torn apart on a daily basis shattering the self esteem, confidence, and mental health of so many young women. Repeated team discussions about weight and constant racist remarks. A blatant disregard for the safety of black women, we often were put in situations that were not safe and were chastised for speaking up. I’m sure myself and several other young women are still healing from the effects of such harmful treatment. "

"Manipulated and lied to players about scholarships and playing time. He is racist working in HBCU!! Protected by AD there is no place that players can go to and share their experience. Jody plays who he likes not who deserves. Respects players only when he needs them, otherwise screws them. While coaching in club was sabotaging recruitment for players. Says N-word (and he is white) around white people he trusts. "
"He is extremely secretive, does not share info with team. He is in way over his head. Does not care if we win or loss. I really wish he would leave, it's not fair to the team. He does not know the game, he is the worst coach I ever had. I played my entire life to end my career playing for this horrible coach. Please just leave already!"
"My coach is not respected nor does he know the game. The school turns their head regarding how poorly the team is run. I have experienced so many amazing coaches during my career and by far he is the worst. The support staff turnover is high because they catch on to him during the season. He needs to be replaced. "
