She is very set in her ways and not at all understanding. She makes decisions for the benefit of her daughters on the team rather than the team as a whole."

He genuinely cares about his athletes’ well-being both in and outside of football. He fosters an environment of mutually earned respect. He has fantastic social skills that enable him to connect with seemingly any individual from any background. This creates a culture where his players can with one another as well. On the field, he brings high energy and expects the same from his players. While film sessions can be full of light-hearted fun, he makes sure there is a shift in focus when there needs to be.
