Stetson is a beautiful safe environment designed to support its student athletes and surrounds you with like minded peers. Coach K is highly respected by her team and her national coaching community. We feel incredibly fortunate to be a part of this young team and to be benefiting from her expertise and find her to be firm, fair and honest. She has attracted great talent to assist alongside her. If your athlete is mature and wants to become her very best on the sand and in the classroom, you can’t find a better place. "

Those who don’t want to be accountable or work hard will leave but those who want to make it at the national level will do well here. "Now head coach at Stetson University for women’s soccer. Has been investigated both years during his time here. Verbally abusive, completely lost and has NO idea on what to do with players. Doesn’t communicate to team, or the assistant. Killed everyone’s mental health to the point of us having 14 transfers after 2025 fall season (one of the highest rates in NCAA D1). 3 girls quit all together, one left the school. Team therapy was required by the school due to the abuse we endured. DO NOT PLAY FOR JAMIE SOUZA HE IS A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HUMAN."

"Jamie has no ideas what he is doing. He is not a Rollins anymore he is the head coach at Stetson. This man is the worst. He is a master manipulator, liar and creates a toxic environment . I played for him last year and he has destroyed my love and many other players love for the game. I quit playing because of him. His new team is absolutely terrible. I heard the team was all doing mental health classes. That should tell you what he has done to the entire team. We are not talking about one person. The one common denominator is Jamie . His assistant coach even quit mid season because she couldn’t take it anymore. The level of play is at a middle school level. He has no idea what he is doing and it shows. The team has gotten worse since Chris , the previous coach. I feel sorry for my former teammates as they had to endure another season with him. Do not play for this guy. He’s an awful human being who loves to degrade women."

"Low soccer intelligence. Dishonest and poor communication. Management by fear. Good structure and planning. Sets high standard. Stands and works for a good team culture, but put players against each other. "
