"Matt is definitely a passionate caring coach that cares a lot about the game. He cares a lot about the teams success overall, but does not care much about the individual player. He's also a little rude and likes to make fun the players that don't play and have snarky comments towards them. Sometimes its a joke, but when you are working that hard at practice its not what you want to hear. Really only cares about the players in the starting 11. Its unfortunate because otherwise I would say that he is great. He runs all of the drills and practices and is very knowledgeable. "

When he is lacking knowledge in distance and throws events, he recruits good coaches to come in and take over that spot. Because of where his knowledge is heavier, he tends to favor those athletes in those events a little more. Other than that, he does try to go out of his way to help people in outside life events when possible... so long as that person is contributing to the program overall in some way."

"Great Locker room, but has urinals- it’s a women’s locker room. Weight room is fantastic there are two. Big training rooms and overall a great facility. It’s all in one place. I wish the locker rooms were on the field- it’s a little bit of a walk on game day. One game field that we practice on, good turf."
