"Has absolutely ruined the game for my daughter! He is quite possibly the biggest piece of human garbage I’ve ever met. He is incapable of being honest with players. Does not standby the rules he barks at the girls as “requirements to Play”. If you are not one of his favorites, it doesn’t matter how much work you put in. He will literally play less talented girls just because they’re in his “circle”. The best thing the college could do is fire him."

"I have never met such a horrible coach. Ruined my daughter's experience. Would talk poorly about other players to everyone all while telling that player they are doing great. If you are a part of his favorite group, then you'll get treated decent, other than that you are irrelevant to him. Has had multiple Title 9 violations that he somehow keeps getting out of. People like this need to be held responsible. Get him out of college coaching and coaching in general!"

"Accessible coach, whenever we needed something the door was always open to talk to him. However, he was talking a lot and he didn’t really try to listen to what we had to say. He didn’t try to create a team culture. He stuck with the old school mentality. He made promises to players that he couldn’t keep. He had favorites. Training was pretty much the same every time. Players needed to find internal motivation to show up and perform well at practice. "

"Chris Pfau has been a constant harm to student athletes mental health. He has called his players fat, made comments about their sexual orientation, and constantly put certain players health above others. Many players were contacted in the 2024 post season about title 9 violations they had experienced from and under the coaching of Chris. If you want to keep your mental stability and your love for the sport, I would not go to anywhere Chris Pfau is coaching. "

What happens in practice does not really translate to games. Only motivational when he gets really pissed off and feels the need to run the team when the atmosphere that he created is why the team is not performing up to standards."
