"This man had us and our daughter convinced that under his direction as a women’s head golf coach, she would thrive as a collegiate golfer and student at the University of Springfield Illinois. So, it came as shock when we realized just how volatile and unpredictable he is once fall semester began. During the recruiting process, he went above and beyond to reassure us that he had her best interests in mind on and off the course. Unfortunately, we believed him to the detriment of our daughter’s mental, emotional, and physical health. Our daughter will never get back the year she lost at UIS because of him. Michael Leotta should not be allowed to coach anyone, anywhere ever again."

"Michael Leotta epitomizes everything a coach should not be. His treatment of players is consistently unfair and borderline abusive. Worse yet, he regularly engages in unethical behavior, from breaking rules and then blaming everyone else for it. His inability to control his emotions is glaringly evident, with outbursts of anger and frustration in inappropriate settings. In addition to his emotional immaturity, he neglects his duties and decides when to do his job or not.
