"A few years ago, I had Michael as my coach; it was one of the worst experiences of my life. He came with a charming personality and a perfect resume, but if quickly went downhill. Talking to him was like walking on eggshells as he can get mad about minimal things. He is disorganized and always wants to get his way. He will disrespect you, ignore you if he feels like it, and is the most petulant person you will ever meet. My heart breaks for the people that still have him as a coach. "
"My experience with this coach was mostly unfair and mostly negative. Some of the pros include feedback after tournaments and encouragement after performing well. However, he engages in behavior that is disrespectful towards their athletes, in and out of the course. I wish I had not gone through the neglect my team experienced with him. "
