"Completely disorganized and dishonest, overmatched by this job despite having an extensive resume. Makes his athletes dread practices and games, plays favorites with certain players than outright refuses to consider other players despite how good they may be performing when given the opportunity. Not great at communicating with or listening to his players, frequently provides misleading information both about the game and logistically. Cultivated a team-culture of individualism and selfishness, is often rude or abrasive to assistant coaches, general managers or anyone he would consider his junior. I personally wouldn’t recommend at all."

He is used to coaching at high-intensity programs that place more emphasis on athletics than academics. He does care about his players but sometimes does not understand how to convey that appropriately."
