"She was very disappointing. She was disorganized. She played favorites. She allowed one player to go 0-50 and told her she was playing one season and didn’t give her time to grieve her step father. Shen allowed another player to disrespect coaches and other players and still be allowed to play. She allowed her assistant Coach Burns to cut young women down, talk down to them and continually shake his head in disapproval of certain players making mistakes. She says a lot in posts on social media but clearly didn’t practice with her team. "
