It felt as if every offseason he would read a different coaching book which he'd use quotes from. Not all his fault the program sucks, but he doesn't help."

She does not select captains based on their athletic abilities or their abilities to effectively lead the team. Below the captains are what she refers to as a leadership council containing 4 members, who are underclassmen who she believes have leadership qualities. Again this is bs. She does not adapt to problems and tries to solve them by repeating the same methods."
